We've ordered most of our furnishings for our new home from Wayfair and I've been very pleased with their service, prices and quality. Delivery is either early or on time. Everything we've received has been complete and in good condition, and when mistakes have been made, their customer service in handling them have been excellent. For example, we ordered an electric fireplace and they sent the wrong model. I called them and was given a 10% refund for our trouble and the new/correct Pendant Lighting was here within 7 days and we were told to keep or donate the model that we had originally received, which we're actually going to be able to make use of in our basement.
It seems more expensive than it is! The colors are beautiful, good materials and reversible. I bought the Everly Quinn Milaca 4 - Light LED Pendant and received several compliments in the short time I have had. You will not be disappointed with this furniture.

I ordered a Pendant Lighting from Wayfair and another Pendant Lighting from another company last month, the couch came within 2 weeks, the Pendant Lighting, still hasn't arrived. I want to thank Wayfair for fulfilling their end of the sale. Service was great, shipping was fast, and delivered with care. I only wish they had the other Pendant Lighting as I'm quite sure I'd be enjoying that as well right now. Love, love, love this Pendant Lighting!! Looks as it was presented and the material and color are great. The size was expected and price was reasonable for the quality. If only they had more colors.
